The cellulose rate scale and the franchise fee model — how a job is priced and how the fees on retail flow.
Consumer rate scale
inc GSTThe deterministic $/m² scale — cellulose is a flat $35/m² across every job size today (bigger-job bands can be lowered later). Cellulose is sold by the kg (net weight, tare excluded); polyester is sold per pack. RRP rates are GST-inclusive.

Franchise fee config
Option AThe royalty, the Deferred Franchise Purchase instalment, and the Area-Manager share — all on the gross retail (incl GST) job value. HQ edits these.
A monthly floor, not a per-job charge: the royalty for a month is the greater of 5% of gross or $500.00 — payable whether or not they trade. It only bites below $10,000.00/mo of gross. Framed as a minimum royalty (not a software fee).

One-off onboarding fees
deposit is the gateCharged once at the start. The deposit is the gate before training / on-site — the Franchising Code’s 14-day disclosure period must elapse and the agreement be signed before this non-refundable money is taken.

The $5,000.00 deposit applies against the $10,000.00 onboarding fee. Exact figures come from Peter’s franchise docs — the onboarding fee is a placeholder pending the lawyer.
No separate software fee. The platform (TradeOS) cost is recovered inside the 10% royalty + the $500.00 minimum royalty — software use is an operations-manual quality standard, not a cancellable subscription. Running a separately- cancellable sub alongside the royalty would re-create the de-facto-termination trap (the Franchising Code requires a notice + cure period; civil penalties ~$198k).
