Bag cellulose by the kg, log the batch, scan stock in and out — every bag serial-tracked from this floor to the roof.

Snap a receipt / docket

Kenny extracts the lines

Photograph a delivery docket or a supplier receipt — Kenny reads the lines, matches each to stock or offers to add it, and you bulk-tick where it goes. Poly packs print our labels so installers scan them per job.

Every receipt reads its line items: stock lines book into inventory and print labels; all lines post to the cash book as one entry — coded whole if they’re one account, split across accounts (with the GST) if they span more than one.

Log a cellulose bag

catch-weight · one at a time

Weigh the bag on the scale and log it — one label prints with this bag’s exact net kg, then the field clears for the next bag. Sold by the kg.

Cellulose only · a QR label prints on the factory Mac · polyester is booked in per pack on the Inventory tab
