Kenny extracts the linesPhotograph a delivery docket or a supplier receipt — Kenny reads the lines, matches each to stock or offers to add it, and you bulk-tick where it goes. Poly packs print our labels so installers scan them per job.
Every receipt reads its line items: stock lines book into inventory and print labels; all lines post to the cash book as one entry — coded whole if they’re one account, split across accounts (with the GST) if they span more than one.

Cellulose is sold by the kg — read your stock as roof you can cover, or a job as kg to load. No hand maths.
Book in external stock
poly only · by permissionBought poly elsewhere to finish a job? Book it in and print our labels so it still scans to the house and shows on the provenance page. Cellulose must always be ours — it’s the warranty product.
Truck stock-take — monthly
