Working days
Default Mon–Sat. Sundays stay closed unless toggled on.
Tenant-wide minimum notice before a job can be booked.
Keep self-bookings under this so the crew isn't over-committed.
Default 2 — one AM, one PM.
Drives the on-site time estimate.
Per-franchisee lead time
A franchisee can require more (or less) notice than the tenant default. Their territory's self-book screen uses this instead.
Soft rules
Product-mix soft rule
Warn (don't block) when a day mixes products that share a truck load badly.
Weather caution on the board
Flag days with rain >40% or wind >40 km/h as 'no roof-lift'.
Deposit policy
- Homeowner — no deposit (default).
- Builder — 30% on booking · 30% materials-to-site · 40% completion.
A deposit, where taken, runs through the money-confirm gate.
