GPS shows an 8-min dwell at a fuel-category POI (Carey's Servo, Nanango) on today's CZ-1 route. Dwell > 5 min at a servo is the heuristic to PROMPT — it never auto-creates a receipt. The receipt photo runs POST /receipt (captured/needs_review), never auto-posting a ledger row.

A photo you capture is read by Kenny to spot a receipt, a truck rego, damage, or a maintenance flag — then proposed to you to file. Nothing is filed without your tap.
Photos stay in your private storage. Kenny reads them to route, never to publish — customer faces/addresses never leave the app.
Coarse location on key events lets Kenny stitch your day into trips (drive → site → drive) and spot a servo stop so it can ask 'did you buy fuel?'.
Raw location points are AUTO-PURGED the moment a trip is confirmed. In NSW/ACT, work-vehicle tracking needs a 14-day written notice + a decal — Kenny holds the toggle until that's recorded.
