The onboarding sequence the Franchising Code sets, with the minimum wait times. The Codeβs 14-day disclosure period must elapse after the Disclosure Document is given before any agreement is signed or any non-refundable payment is taken. The deposit ($5,000.00) is the gate before training / on-site. Nothing here is a revenue or income promise.

Trading β compliance green, first job booked
HQ coordinates jobs that span two or more territories and sets one national price. The local territory owner gets first right to install; if it cascades to another franchisee, the owner is still paid 10% of the ex-GST job value. HQ keeps only an undisclosed coordination margin and collects-and-remits on behalf of β it is never a guarantor of the 10%.

SaaS plan prices (non-franchise tenants)
HQ controlThe $/mo plan price for any non-franchise SaaS tenant. Manual for now; Stripe wires in later. Franchisees do not pay a separate software fee β the platform cost is recovered inside the royalty (see below).

Use of TradeOS is an operations-manual quality standard, never a cancellable subscription (legal finding 2026-06-24). These plan prices apply only to any non-franchise SaaS tenants.
