Customer-data display
Never show names or addresses on public pages
Public provenance pages show suburb + batch + flame test only — never a name, exact address or interior. Enforced server-side.

Customer pins on network maps are offset so an exact address can't be read off the map.
Revenue privacy bands

HQ and AM see revenue as a band, not an exact figure. Exact numbers only appear on a tenant’s own money screen. Preview only — not yet saved.

These are the display bands. No exact Xero figure is ever shown on the cross-network deck.
Terms snapshotted onto bookings
- Free reschedule until 24 h before, then a 5% restocking fee.
- Product swap free until 24 h before dispatch, then 5%.
- On-site variations need the customer's sign-off before work.
- The frozen booking price is the contract; changes are documented variations.
A snapshot of these terms is captured onto every booking at the moment it’s requested (clickwrap) — so the terms a customer agreed to are frozen with their booking.
