Restore

Restoring always takes a fresh backup first, previews exactly what changes, and runs in one transaction. Super-admin only.

Restore one franchisee

Roll a single franchisee back to an earlier snapshot (e.g. a staff member deleted their contacts) — every other franchisee is untouched.

Restore the whole network

Rolls back everyone to a snapshot — discards all changes since then, for every franchisee. Rarely the right tool.
