“Hi, our 1990s brick home in Caboolture cooks upstairs in summer and the old batts look thin and patchy where I poked my head into the roof. After getting the ceiling done properly — happy to take your advice on the best product. A few downlights in the kitchen and solar on the north side. Roughly 170 square metres I think.”
